Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of newcreationlabs.com and apps published by New Creation Labs LLC (“New Creation Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our sites or apps, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to use the service in your region and able to form a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
The website
newcreationlabs.com is a studio portfolio and informational site. Product apps may include additional terms or flows that apply when you use those products.
Our apps
New Creation Labs builds consumer apps including Maggie, Mixtape, Tag, and It's Ok, plus related apps in the same studio family. Unless we say otherwise for a specific product, apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Some apps offer optional paid plans or one-time purchases through Apple In-App Purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment, billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- Free trials, when offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Pricing and features may change where permitted by law and platform rules. We will present current pricing in the app before you purchase.
User content
Some apps let you submit photos, text, music-related content, or other material (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant New Creation Labs a limited license to host, store, display, and process User Content only as needed to operate the app, keep it secure, and provide features you request (such as sharing with friends you choose).
You are responsible for your User Content and must have the rights needed to post it. Do not post content that is illegal, harassing, infringing, or harmful.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse our sites or apps or interfere with their operation.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our services except where allowed by law.
- Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect users or the service.
Wellness and safety
Apps such as It's Ok offer gentle motivational or validating content. They are not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or emergency services. If you are in danger or need crisis support, contact local emergency services. In the U.S., you can call or text 988.
Social and game apps such as Tag involve user-generated content and real-time interaction. Use good judgment and report concerns to us.
Disclaimer
Our sites and apps are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Creation Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our sites or apps. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the relevant app in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Product-specific terms
It's Ok
By using It's Ok you agree that:
- It's Ok is not therapy, counseling, or emergency care. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services or call/text 988 in the U.S.
- Premium subscriptions, when offered, are billed through Apple and subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
- You will not misuse the app or use it for unlawful purposes.

Tag
Tag is a social photo game. You must follow community standards, respect others, and only share content you have the right to share. Tag may offer optional paid features billed through Apple. More detail: tagur.it/terms

Mixtape involves sharing music-related content with friends. You are responsible for how you use music previews and social features. Mixtape may offer optional paid plans billed through Apple. More detail: usemxtape.com/terms
Maggie
Maggie is subject to these Terms plus any product-specific terms published at magnole.com/terms.
Other apps
Additional New Creation Labs apps (including Light, Anchor, and Amen) are governed by these Terms when released unless they publish separate terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
