New Creation Labs LLC (“New Creation Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) builds consumer apps and operates newcreationlabs.com and related product websites. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our sites or use our apps.
Some apps also publish product-specific privacy details on their own sites. Where that applies, this page provides a company-wide overview and links to those pages.
Website
If you email us, we receive your email address and message content so we can respond. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may process standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited to operate and secure the site.
General app principles
Across New Creation Labs apps, these principles apply unless a product section below says otherwise:
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Service providers: We use infrastructure partners (for example Apple, Supabase, Vercel, Twilio, and analytics or push providers where enabled) to run features you choose to use.
- Apple platform services: Sign in, purchases, notifications, Photos, Music, and sharing may be handled by Apple under Apple's policies. We do not receive your Apple ID password.
- Legal and safety: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users, our services, or the public.
Subscriptions
Paid features in apps such as It's Ok, Tag, Mixtape, or Maggie are billed through Apple In-App Purchase when offered. Payment and subscription status are processed by Apple. We receive purchase and entitlement information needed to unlock features, not your full payment card details.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed to operate our services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you delete an account in an app that supports accounts, we delete or anonymize associated server data subject to reasonable backup and legal retention limits.
Your choices and rights
- Permissions: You can change camera, contacts, location, notifications, Photos, and similar permissions in iOS Settings.
- Account deletion: Apps with accounts provide in-app deletion where required. See each product section below.
- Marketing email: If we send optional marketing email in the future, you may opt out using the unsubscribe link in those messages.
- Regional rights: Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information. Contact us at newcreationlabsllc@gmail.com.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
International users
We are based in the United States. If you use our services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
Our apps
New Creation Labs builds Maggie, Mixtape, Tag, It's Ok, and related apps in the same studio family. Summaries below; product sites may include additional detail.
It's Ok (iOS)
It's Ok is a soft daily validation app for iPhone. It is designed to work without an account.
- On your device: Preferences (name, theme, favorites, streak, reminder settings, and similar choices) are stored locally using Apple storage (UserDefaults and an App Group shared with the Home Screen widget).
- No account: We do not operate an It's Ok user database on our servers.
- Music search: Song search may contact Apple Music or the iTunes Search API for previews you choose to play.
- Photos: Saving a share card requests permission to write that image to your Photos library. We do not upload your photo library.
- Notifications: Reminders are scheduled as local notifications on your device. Push tokens are not sent to New Creation Labs for It's Ok.
- Wellness disclaimer: It's Ok offers gentle motivational lines only. It is not medical or mental-health care.

Tag (iOS)
Tag is a real-time photo hot-potato game with friends. Tag uses an account and cloud services to sync chains, posts, and social features.
- Account data: Phone number, profile details (such as username, name, birthday, and photo), and authentication tokens.
- User content: Photos, captions, chain activity, and related metadata you create in the app.
- Contacts: If you grant access, contact information may be used to help you find friends on Tag. We use this to match invites and friend suggestions, not to sell contact lists.
- Location: If enabled, location may be used for map features tied to tag activity.
- Notifications: Push notifications may be sent for turns, passes, and social activity when enabled.
- Backend: Data is stored and processed using Supabase and related cloud infrastructure.
- Deletion: You can delete your Tag account in app settings.

Mixtape (iOS)
Mixtape lets friends share music moments and memories. Mixtape uses an account and cloud sync.
- Account data: Profile information and authentication data needed to use the service.
- Social and content data: Mixtapes, reactions, friend connections, and related activity you create.
- Music services: If you connect Spotify or use Apple Music features, those providers process data under their own policies.
- Backend: Data is stored and processed using Supabase and related cloud infrastructure.
- Deletion: You can delete your Mixtape account in app settings.
